Suggest Medication For Constant Headache Behind Eyes And In Temples

I have had a constant headache behind my eyes and in my temples for about a week. I am exhausted and can't go about my daily activities. I am on meds for a possible sinus infection...but I haven't felt much improvement Just wondering if it could be something else?
