Suggest Medication For Constant Pain In The Ear

I am pregnant, got prescribed anoxillicin for a light bladder infection. Half way through the antibiotic, my right ear is hurting a lot. I feel constant pain and it is plugged most of the time. It hurts when I eat. I have these symptoms for 2 days. I am taking tylenol every 4 hours, but it does seem to do much for the pain
