Suggest Medication For Constipation And Fatigue During Menopause

I am 52 years old feel very fatigued, constipated, light sensitivity, brain fog, digestive issues, problem wheneating carbs get sugar plunges. I work outside at a physically demanding job, also going thru menopause. I take b12 supplements, any other suggestions?
