Suggest Medication For Continued Psoriasis

Hi

I am a patient of psoriasis for the last 10years. My condition has worsened in the last one year or so. I have been prescribed several medications in the past but none has worked effectively. I could have a short relief period and it comes back with a bang. I have even tried homeopathic medicines and even home remedies, but none has worked. I have aslo used "traditional desi dawa" medicines, but got only temporary relief. The areas most affected are my skull, thighs, back, buttocks, knees and groin. I have just started applying exevate-mf today. Is that the answer to my problem? Please help me.
