Suggest Medication For Cough, Fever And Vomiting In A Child

Sir Goodmorning My son 4.6years old suffering from cough & vomiting fallowed by fever. as per doctor prescription used Levolin, Febrex & Advent forte syrups for 3 days. But no relief. Second visit of doctor changed to Mefanorm syrup. Still there is no change. I lost the belief on him. Should i go for Sinarest Plus suspension.
