Suggest Medication For Cramps,headache,fatigue And Back Pain

Im having lower back pains, pains where I would have cramps (feels like cramps, just not nearly as bad), a light headache, I've also been feeling fatigue. I've noticied that when I get up and walk it hurts my area of cramps, and also when I bend over. Sometimes there is a pain in my left or right side, maybe my ovaries??
