Suggest Medication For Cuts On The Foreskin Of My Penis

For the last one month the foreskin of my penis has become dry and small cuts appear on the tip .

I tried using johnson baby oil and other type of mositurising cream . The problem goes but comes back in a few days .

I had a similar problem 6 months back . Johnson baby oil / moisutising cream solved the problem for a while but came back after 5 - 6 months .

I need to know the following :

Reason for such a problem

What kind of medication should be used for this problem .

Is it important to see a doctor for this
