Suggest Medication For Delayed Periods

hi doctor, i am married woman, and i have 3yrs baby and i want to clarify with you that last month i had my periods on 10th jan and this month already 10 days late but still i did not get periods, so can you pls suggest me that is there any medicine to take for this
