Suggest Medication For Diarrhea Caused Due To Food Poisoning

I have had diarrhea from what I assume is food poisoning for a couple of days. After the diarrhea stopped I still am really raw around that area and have these painful bumps. What are they and how can I get rid of them? They make walking/using the bathroom insanely difficult.
