Suggest Medication For Discoloration Of Toe Nails After An Mild Injury

i recently stubbed my toe on my settee at home messing about with my child and it turned the nail black/purple instanly causing alot of pain for a couple of days,gradually the nail started loosening and becoming smelly,i was able to remove the nail last night after a few foot baths with epsom salts and the toe/nail bed is infected,what is the best medicine remedy to clear up the infection,thanks for your help in advance
