Suggest Medication For Discolored Back With White Patches

hi , my problem is i have a darker back than my face ,. and the skin there is patchy , dry , giving an ugly look , there is some white patches( not of fungal origin) and rashes occur ( rare). There is no sun exposure. please prescribe some body lotions and cream !
