Suggest Medication For Dizziness & Nausea

I have a question my husband was involved in a car accident about a week ago. received 24 stitches to his head and had a blood nose. He was d/c from E.R. about 3 days ago we started coughing up mucus, which now has turned into dark to medium colored blood with chest and back pain on breath. ALso h sts he is dizzy and has vomited, also with about a tablespoon of dark to light blood. Sts his body hurt everywhere and it it hard to talk. Running a low grade fever.
