Suggest Medication For Dry Flaky Skin On Nipples,face And Arms

I have dry flakey skin on my niples for two yrs doctors say its excima bt everythng the gave me hasnt workd nw it has spread on my face arms its so itchy and nothng is workin i had a baby 9 moths ago while i was pregant the niple rash went away do u no how i cud get rid of it plz!!
