Suggest Medication For Dry, Red Patch On Face With Red Bumps Around It

I got an extreme dry red patch on my face due to the weather and i put benadryl cream on it because nothing has been working and and now it spread more and im getting irritated little red bumps around it. i put aloe vera on it but i just feel like nothing is helping
