Suggest Medication For Dry Skin And Itchiness

I was dianogsed with vdrl reactive, titre vary from 1-2,1-4,1-8 more than 20 years ago and unwent periodical penicilin jabs for more tha 2 years but problem still esists. Finally doc. told it is nothing but due to scar. latey I underwent my yesrly blood test. result still reactive with titre 1-8 and tfha positive. I don't have serios health problem except dry skin and frequent itches which I don't has any connection with my problem. thanks.
