Suggest Medication For Dry Skin Like Scales On Arms And Legs.

hello doctor.i m 25 male.i have pan hypopituitarism.i suffer from dry skin with scales on arms and legs.water gets dried up fastly from my skin.skin looks like how water is completely dried up from soil and soil appears to be cracked like.what can i do?plz advice.
