Suggest Medication For Ear Pain Due To Infection

This pass April I was treated for H.Pylori I took a 14 day antibiotics. Then 2 days after I completed antibiotics I had a sinus infection that went to my ears. Ive been sick from ear infections for the whole month. I took oral antibiotics completed them then about 3 days later starting hurting againg PCP gave me ear drops. Went back and ears were 85% better I was giving a shot of antibiotics. I'm still in pain in the back of my head near my ear. I can't sleep don't know if I should go back to the PCP or go to the ER. What do you adivce?
