Suggest Medication For Extreme Hair Loss And Dandruff

Hello sir , I am 22year old . I am having more hair loss problem and dandruff since last 1year and my hair loss density is 150-200 per day , my scalp is seeing n my hair density is reduce day by day and skin of hair are seeing badly .crown area and frontal area seeing like little bald. I am worried about this serious problem . I had consult a doctor , and he gave me Follihair (Tab) / day in morning , Alamein M forte(cap.) /day in noon , finpecia 1mg / day in night , Keraglo men / day in night , Regain 5% solution daily & sebo wash shampoo 5 times in a week .. But till now i havent seen any difference.. Hair fall is same and hair is also dry. I am taking this medicines since last 3 months but i am not seeing any difference please sir help me out from this serious problems .
