Suggest Medication For Extreme Hunger,headache And Dry Skin

hi there i am a 28 yr old female normally very healthy but i am having a few issues with my body i amd really tired at times and the i can be awake all night im not hungry and the at times im really hungry my bones ach my hands amnd feet are always cold i keep getting headachs and my skin is really dryi have slight stomach pain some times and my period is being really weird like i have had it the last 2 months but 3 months ago it never came please hlep what is wrong with me???
