Suggest Medication For Fever And Pain At Back Side Of Head

from last week i had kinda headache. actually its not that much pain. and it was in same level. it doesn't increase nor decrease. after that last 2 days before i got fever. my back side of head, temple, eye brow bone do pain but not always. when i shake my head also i do feel a pain on my back side of head.. is that a normal cold or something serious?
