Suggest Medication For Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels

Hi, I am 45 yr old Man from Kolkata. I was diagnosed dietetics in July-2007. Since then I kept it under control like less than 100 (Fasting) and less than 150(PP), but recently, in last 4-5 months, I checked that the levels are going up. What should be the normal level for my age and how I can bring back to normal Level. Thanks in advance.
