Suggest Medication For Foot Sprain Caused Due To An Injury

Hello, I rolled my foot a week ago while walking on uneven pavement in 4 inch stilettos. I'm still having pain on the outside of my foot, making it difficult to walk. I am able to bear weight and walk very slowly if I do not flex my foot. I don't have any swelling or bruising. Wearing a stiff soled shoe helps a little. Should I get this checked out or do I just need to give it a little more time?
