Suggest Medication For Freckles Appearing On The Legs

I severely burnt the back of my legs in October last year. They blistered and peeled and eventually healed however I have noticed that on the back of my legs I have now come out with freckles or small new moles which werent there before, these can also be occasionally itchy. Is this something I should be concerned about?
