Suggest Medication For Hard Bump And Scar On Leg

hi, i think about two years ago i had an ingrown hair on my leg. i tried to get it out with a needle but wasnt successful and further scarred my leg. i have a small scar, its just a hard bump and not a wart, i was wondering if theres anything i can do to make it go away
