Suggest Medication For Headache After Hitting At The Back And Also 9th Month Pregnant

I hit the back of my head when I slipped in the bathtub a week ago. I have been putting ice on it and everytime I wake up it hurts worse. when I bend over to pick something up, it hurts coming back up. I was dizzy with it, but now just an annoying headache. I am nine months pregnant. What would a doctor be able to do for me in this situation?
