Suggest Medication For Headache Caused By Cold Weather

Hello Doctor,

I have recently (2 weeks) moved to Japan from India. Due to cold weather in Japan, day one I caught cold and following were the symptons:

1) were sweating in the night for 3-4 days (not much though)

2) no running or blocked nose.

3) continuous headache was there for 3-4 days and a facial pain.

4) no coughing, though spitting out the phlegm 2-3 times a day with very very small quantity of blood in it (a drop or two) and yellow in color otherwise.

5) blood in the phlegm was like threads (possibly blood tissues).

Since last couple of days (4-5days):

1) No headache or facial pain.

2) No running or blocked nose.

3) no night sweating.

4) but since yesterday spitting out the phlegm which is rusty/coffee in color.

few other details about me, I am a non smoker, normal breathing (all the times), no chest pain (at any time).

Can you please advise what would be happening with me and do i need to a consult a doctor immediately.

Thanks much,

Rohit
