Suggest Medication For Headache Due To A Lump On The Forehead

I am curious on what to do I hit my forehead really hard on a door, causing a gold ball size lump on my right side of my forehead..I have felt nauseated and I have a horrible head ache also Im very sleepy this happend ab 3 hrs ago and I still feel the same as I did when it happend what should I do?
