Suggest Medication For Headache, Ear Pain With Blurry Vision

hi i went to my GP the other day with headaches that i have had for about a week now, he gave me dicloflex 50mg andamoxicillin 500mg tablets to take but i just seem to be getting worse, i have now got earache more painfull headaches and feel like i want to vomit also my eyesight is getting blurry.
