Suggest Medication For Headache On Left Middle Part Of The Head

I hit my head and passed out yesterday. I was sick to my stomach and just wanted to go to sleep afte. Today I' ve just had a headache and pain in the left middle part of my head. But when i tryed to go to sleep tonight i couldn't because of this crazy numb tingling all in my arms. Twitchy too. I don't know if ? this is related to my head or if I should go to the ER
