Suggest Medication For Headache

Hello, I had mild septicaemia which was undiagnosed for a week. I wonder if there will be any long term effects from this. I still get shooting pains in my head and occasionally in the body, which I suffered from during my illness, only these are not intense as they were when I was ill. (The infection was e coli).
