Suggest Medication For Headache,dizziness And Pain In Left Arm

I am a 38 year old woman, 1.7 metres tall. Not at all sure of my weight, but i am not thin. I havent been feeling well for the last 3 weeks. Started with a dizzy sensation and the feeling that my left eye was pulling to the side, i couldnt see out of it while it happened. I have had a headache every day since. 2 weeks ago i felt dizzy again, this time my left arm went lame and my left side of my face had a pins and needles sensation. I still have the headache and since yesterday i have had periodic sharp pains in the left to centre of my chest as well as sharp pains in my left arm and upper back (between my shoulder blades) as well as a tightness in my chest and burning sensation. Not heartburn, i suffer that frequently, this is a wider spread burning sensation. I am also so tired and even a short walk is leaving me exhausted. What is wrong with me?
