Suggest Medication For Heavy Menstrual Cycle

please help me.my period wont stop.im 12 years old and its my first time and i have a heavy flow.i really don't want a doctor to check my body part cause that really does not feel comfortable.things have been coming out of my vagina and its simular to blood but its thicker.i don't want to die of blood loss.i really need your help.
