Suggest Medication For Hoarse Voice Due To Continuous Teaching

i am a teacher for the last ten years talking to my students for atleast 12 hours daily. on vacations my voice is perfect but when the session starts i suffer from hoarseness of voice more prominent in the morning much reduced in the evenings .what medication do you suggest? can i have one cetrizine at night ?
