Suggest Medication For Irregular Menstrual Problem And Foul Discharge

hi,i am 21 years old and i am having irregular menstrual problems right from the day i got my first means.it last for more than 1 week and now i rarely get my means.The maximum duration is one year and i get foul discharge everytime,it smell really bad.i change my underwear twice a day.please help.
