Suggest Medication For Irregular Periods After Taking I-pill.

hii.. mam.. i m priya... 22 yrs old.. ... periods are suppose to come on 2nd of may.. bt on 30 april... i had unprotected sex. on 1st may i took i pill... on 2nd of may brown discharge start.. on 3rd of may.. red bleeding start . bt less than proper early periods bleeding... so i m confuse .. that they are mt periods or just a side effect of i pill... how to know...???? tell me plz. i took i pill for the first time... and before this my periods were proper... my lower abdominal is paining...
