Suggest Medication For Itchiness And Black Spots On Thighs.

I have these tiny pimples that appear on my inner thighs once in a while, always one at a time. If they itch or hurt I'd put detol anitceptic cream. With time they'd disappear leaving a black spot where it used to be red. They are red with a white tip and the skin around it is red too. Another one has appeared again and it itches. I'm not scratching it. Want to know how to prevent it from leaving the black spot because they never fade away and now there are quite a few spots.
