Suggest Medication For Itching Around My Testicles

Hi Doctor,



I am male 27 yrs. I have itching problem near to my Testis.

Not sure if its a Fungal infection. i used to apply Detol there.

Does this will have any after effect on sperm count/Productivity?



Please advice some lotions which dont have any side effects
