Suggest Medication For Itchy Blood Blisters Turned Into Spots On Breasts

I scratched itchy spot. It was raised and it scraped off and became a sore. Later this happened again in a different spot and I found these spots started with blood blisters and there are more, on both breasts, approximately 7, 3 on the nipples. They don't usually itch. I have the urge to scrape them off because I want to get rid of them, but scraping them off causes a sore.
