Suggest Medication For Itchy Rash On Thigh And Vagina`

I have a rash on my inner thigh on one side only that really itches and my inner vagina itches as well, sometimes hurts when I walk. The doctors gave me a medicine and said it was trichmoniasis but I do not have any discharge or foul smelling odor and the medicine does not seem to work.
