Suggest Medication For Itchy Rashes On Face And Arms After Using Colouring Gel

About two weeks ago I used a just for men beard coloring gel.I did not notice any allergy symptoms until about 4 days after using. The first symptom was itching only around my eye and the left side of the bridge of my nose. Then I have had an awful irritation/(rash?) on my lower abdomen, jock area, and it has spread down to almost my knees. I went to my primary care physician and he prescribed me a steroid (medrol) to stop the rash. It helped, but after the 5th day I was done with the medrol. Now after the medrol has been discontinued; the rash is back and is spreading to other extremities of my body such as my arms. I DO itch it.. I try not to but I do... What could this be?
