Hello, I've been training for the Cooper Test, it's a run, lifting type test for law enforcement, anyway I find walking fast on a level treadmill I have no pain, any incline or running I get pain in ant/lateral lower leg. I go about 1/4 mile and the pain sets in. after 3 weeks of training I still get pain at 1/4 mile I'm 49 yo male weigh 205. can you help
