Suggest Medication For Low Potassium Level Post Stroke

My wife is a stroke pt. (CVA) 75 years old and making slow progress. Her sodium level is OK but since a few weeks, her blood potassium is low (3.2mg%.) I want to give her potchlor syrup - but what should be the appropriate dose ? Dr. S..Mazumdar, Kolkata
