Suggest Medication For Lump And Slight Tingling Sensation In Penis

Through vigorous masturbation and a LOT of pressure, I think I damaged some nerves or something in my penis. I'm not sure, but there was one part on the shaft that felt like there was a lump, I woke up without an erection this morning (not sure if it always happens when I'm woken by an alarm though, I was) and I had a slight tingling feeling. It doesn't really hurt or anything though, and besides that lump, I can't see anything else. I'm not sure if it's in my head or there's actually damage. If there is, will it go away by itself? There is a red spot on the top where most of the pressure was.
It wasn't just rubbing though..it was a lot of pressure too. If I damaged something on the inside, would I know? It feels kind of weak or something. Will it go away by itself?
