Suggest Medication For Lump On Foot Due To A Injury

about a month ago I had an injury I hit my foot on the outside and immediately it turns purple and swelled up a bit it it hurt too much to even stand for about 2 days. I went back to dancing and it was very uncomfortable a week passed and had a lump on the side and if I pushed it it hurt other wise I can walk kind of normally a month has passed and I can walk normally I just can t stand or push on the lump on the side of my foot otherwise it hurts my question is is my foot broken is this a jones fracture should I go to the doctor if not what do you recommend
