Suggest Medication For Menopausal Symptoms Post Hysterectomy

I had a full hysterectomy in November, 2011, at the age of 46. I took Bioidentical hormone replacement for one year after my surgery. I am now 48 and feel that I suffer worse menopausal symptoms now. I was wondering if you can go back on the bioidenticals after havings stopped them.
