Suggest Medication For Nasal Congestion,fever And Puffiness Of Eyes

I have puffy under eyes top and drainage in the tear drop area whitish crusty. Inside nose drainage white clear blood and dry crust blood green . Can anyone tell beside this is worst each month I get feeling rundown low grade fever ears glands throat and my teeth all hurt .I have been seeing net DOCTOR but don't know what is going on.
