Suggest Medication For Nosebleed

Hi! I have nosebleed last week during a meal out. I was shocked and luckily I was in the restroom. I was fine later. This week, I had nosebleed in the middle of the night and I spit out some blood. The nosebleed stopped quite fast. No problems. This morning I have nose bleed again and spit up blood and it stopped quite quickly. Tonight after dinner I don't have nose bleed but spit up some blood. What is wrong with me? I did take some ibuprofen last week and 2 days ago but I had stopped due to the nosebleed.
