Suggest Medication For One Sided Headache In Pregnancy

Hi I am 'Sunitha' 29 years Old suffering from severe one sided head ache .. Meanwhile I am in my 15 week of Pregency Cycle. Is it Good to take 'Alprax 0.5 mg', 'Tancodep 2mg' & 'sibelium 10mg' Will it have any Side Effects on Baby during Course. Any suggestion/Substutions please help me Thanks,Sunitha
