Suggest Medication For Pain And Discharge From Ears?

I have a daughter aged 7 years. She had complaints of having pain in her ears with itching 2 days back. Today morning, a pale white fluid was comming out from her ear. Since the ENT doctor is not available in the nearest hospital, Kindly advice if I can give any medication for a temp. relief.
