Suggest Medication For Pain And Swelling Of Left Ear

hi, i got mugged 2 nights ago.. and got hit on left jaw.. inch diognally to my left ear bean it was swollen and it got a bit better .. but still there is pain and i am living in austria ... and i lost everything in my wallet including my insurence card.so i cant go to a doctor right now.. unless its really emergency in which case i wll call an ambulense..
